This eccentric home was made to replicate the client’s home from 1960’s but with more modern amenities. The turret staircase, marble designs, and steep roof pitches are just a few features that made this home very unique!
This porch was added on to the customer’s existing home. The space was created for evening entertaining, morning coffee, or swimming pool parties! The durable tile and maintenance free columns were great features for this exterior space!

The Brenton floor plan is 1650 square feet. This 3 bedrooms and 2 bath split ranch home has an open floor plan. Wood laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Entry are options that give the home warmth and richness. The large laundry room has a pantry and folding station. This is a perfect starter home or for those choosing to downsize.
St Lucia Plan – Lot 177 Centerra Ridge Subdivision 7731 Lanyard Drive
This plan has a lot to offer with 2498 total square feet. The Kitchen, Dinning Room, and Great Room all flow together, perfect for entertaining. Granite tops, hardwood floors and a custom tile walk-in shower are a few of the many upgrades. With a semi-split floor, bedroom # 2 has access to a full bath making this plan perfect for a Mother-In-Law suite or for that college student looking for a space of their own. A large bonus room which is optional can be finished or unfinished for extra storage.
Maliakai Plan – Lot 178 Centerra Ridge Subdivision 7745 Lanyard Drive
This Maliakai plan has 2548 total square feet including the bonus room. The large entry is just the beginning of the spaciousness this plan has to offer. The kitchen has ample counter space with and island and pantry. Some special features that can be done are built-in book cases in the living room, lockers in the mud room, sink and counter space in the laundry and a nice size master bath with a custom tile walk in shower. Keep in mind that the bonus room is optional for additional space.

The Santa Clara has 2530 square feet which includes the bonus room and with all of our plans is optional. The Kitchen, Dinning Room, and Great Room all flow together, perfect for entertaining. Granite tops, hardwood floors, built-in cabinets and lockers and a custom tile walk in shower are a few of the many upgrades that can be added to our homes. You can see that we have utilized every bit of the square footage to fit a growing families needs.
Haiti Plan – Lot 180 Centerra Ridge Subdivision 7800 Tavalon Drive
The Haiti floor plan is 2113 square feet. The kitchen, dinning room and great room are all open to each other, which makes it perfect for entertaining. For rustic warmth stone can be added to the corner fireplace along with wood floors, and granite countertops. The master has a large walk in closet and a tile custom walk in shower which is optional. A standard shower and soaking tub or whirlpool can replace the custom shower for those who love their baths. There is also a Jack and Jill with a lot of closet space. This plan is sure to have something for everyone.

The Kauai is a 2225 square foot ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. When entering the front door, you will see the rustic warmth of the stone fireplace, wood floors, and granite countertops. The Atlantis plan has 2150 square feet on the main level and 1304 finished in the walk-out basement. This open plan features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, great room with fireplace and tray ceiling, eat-in kitchen, large pantry, laundry room with counter space, custom tile shower, and wet bar in basement.
Verde Plan - Lot 156 Creekside Meadows Subdivision 3800 Aberdeen Court
What a perfect starter home! The 1699 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath Verde plan has plenty of well utilized space. Upon entering, the 9 foot ceilings will capture your eye. The Verde plan has plenty of kitchen and countertop space along with a bar area beside the Dining Room. The bedrooms are all large including the Master which has ample space in the bathroom and walk-in-closet! Crawl space access in the Laundry Room for easy use.
