Prior to the Construction process, we will go over every cost and upgrade option, working with you to develop a budget that allows you to maximize the benefits of your new home. From the vision in your mind prior to our first meeting, to the first night that you are asleep in your new home, John Elpers Homes will be there, working with you every step of the way.
In order to ensure the most accurate service for our customers, we use the latest state-of-the-art technology to assist with scheduling, specifications, and the construction process.

easy and comfortable selections
Our showroom is located at our offices on Mt. Ashley Rd, (just off Old State Rd.). This will make the selection process for your home much easier as you can do most of your selections right from the comfort of our showroom with our Designer to help with coordination. To say the least, this can be a daunting and stressfull task when you are on your own having to run from store to store making these selections. Weekend appointments are available to help with your schedule.
